For the past 35 years, I’ve been an entrepreneur, building tech startups from $0 to $200M—including two IPOs, a few failures, and a journey that’s taken me to over 30 countries.
Looking back, one thing stands out across every success and setback - a culture based on Human Skills. The strongest companies had it. The weaker ones didn’t.
No matter how impressive a resume was, I would only hire someone if they had superior human skills—the kind AI can’t replicate:
